First days helps you to engage with volunteers from the beginning of the recruitment process right through to getting feedback on the volunteer's first day. It will help you to assess the specific volunteer needs that your organisation has and will enable you to create really focused volunteer role descriptions that will attract the necessary skills and experience to support and develop your organisation. First Days also provides you with the necessary information to keep in touch with your potential volunteers, and gives you access to a wealth of tips, resources and support.
